This collection of songs is in honor of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He came to earth to live a life without sin, to teach, to perform miracles and to ultimately allow Himself to be unjustly tortured and crucified as payment for all of our sins. He did this not because we were deserving; but because of His infinite love for all of us. This is the most precious and amazing gift that has ever been given to mankind. And even though we all go through life wavering and wandering and sometimes not giving a second thought as to the wonder and magnitude of Him; His love and commitment for us has always been constant. He desires for each and everyone of us to accept His unconditional love for us; to acknowledge Him as Lord and Savior and to try to live by His example so that we can all spend eternity with Him in Heaven.

All of the songs on this disc except for “Amazing Grace” and Jesus Christ Is Risen Today” are original tunes and this is their first recorded release. John Newton penned “Amazing Grace” as he turned away from being a wicked slave trader. “Jesus Christ Is Risen Today” is a very old traditional hymn with no known author.

This project is in memory of my parents and is dedicated to my son, Jimmy. Special thanks are in order for Ron Erickson; my long time friend who generously applied his talents to this project. Thanks to Jennifer Espinoza for her beautiful harmonies and to Jerome O’Malley for his fabulous keyboard work. And most of all, I thank God for all the inspiration and countless blessings that allowed this project to be completed.
